Some Personal Recollections about Howard Davis's Impact on Program Evaluation

James A. Ciarlo

University of Denver

I hope that they will suggest something of the influence of this creative man upon someone who has worked for many years in this area, and that sharing these thoughts with the reader again honor Howie and the worthy goals to which Howie had dedicated his career.
